Buy a new boat. If you truly need the gel coat redone, buying a new boat is the most economical solution. Please spend some time researching gelcoat and its application for repairs as it is extremely labour intensive, on an area as large as a kayak or canoe. 

It is likely that you only need a polish to improve the look of your boat. PSR will do polishing but only in warmer weather as it needs to be done outside, due to the mess it makes in the shop.
