Rental canoes and kayaks usually have seen a lot of abuse. Outfitters do seasonal repairs or repairs to sell them. Very rarely are these proper repairs. The repairs are often hiding major structural damage and usually are flawed, as the correct preparation for the repair was skipped or inadequate, leading to bonding issues. PSR will not likely take on the repair of a rental fleet boat.
